About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at Fora Financial is responsible for managing inbound leads, qualifying potential partners, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with business partners, assisting in closing deals, and continuously improving knowledge of the industry and funding processes. The position emphasizes a partner-first mentality and requires excellent communication skills, along with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and qualify potential partners for onboarding.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential partners to ensure a strong fit.
  • Onboard and train new partners on the system and workflow.
  • Review new partner applications and follow up to ensure efficient onboarding.
  • Assist in closing deals with partners and manage ongoing submissions to drive revenue.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the industry and Fora's funding process.
  • Cover for Account Executives when they are out of the office.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task without supervision.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or other lead generation tools is a plus.
