About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at West Coast Self-Storage is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced environment. This role involves responding to customer inquiries through various channels and assisting with their storage needs, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up with incoming storage inquiries via web chat, SMS text, and 1-800 customer support calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assessing customers' storage needs.
  • Respond to and follow up with reservations from customer inquiries and third-party storage aggregators.
  • Support stores in the network across five states.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong desire to help customers.
  • Ability to self-manage while working independently.
  • Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
