About the position

The Customer Success Specialist role at Robert Half is a short-term contract position based in Jersey City, New Jersey. This position focuses on engaging with potential sponsors and exhibitors, ensuring their interests are tracked in Salesforce. The role is integral to the sales team but does not involve direct sales calls or closing deals, emphasizing customer engagement and support.

Responsibilities

• Engage and track potential sponsors and exhibitors expressing interest in our events
• Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Assist customers in understanding our services and resolving any issues they may face
• Liaise with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and potential opportunities are identified
• Provide a high level of customer service to maintain customer satisfaction
• Use CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Platform
• Proven ability to assist customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers to improve customer retention
• Proficiency in managing and analyzing customer data and feedback to improve customer experience
• Experience in training customers on using products effectively
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Proven track record in achieving customer success related KPIs
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
