About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at Addison Group is responsible for engaging with potential customers through various communication channels to convert leads into clients. This role involves providing support to dealers, facilitating connections with professionals, and ensuring successful implementation of products. The position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and technical support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm leads through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
  • Convert professional contractors into customers through effective communication.
  • Support dealers by connecting them with converted professionals.
  • Assist with retail merchandising campaigns.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure delivery and usage of samples.
  • Provide tips for successful product implementation and capture feedback.
  • Update records throughout the customer engagement process.
  • Introduce additional products through further sampling to build on initial success.
  • Provide technical support as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Cold calling and high-volume outreach experience.
  • Natural curiosity for learning a new industry.
