About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at Five Star Bath Solutions is responsible for engaging with inbound leads to qualify their interest and needs, coordinating appointments for the sales team, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to qualify their interest and determine their needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff and an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver a positive, customer-focused experience at every interaction, strengthening brand reputation and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude is required.
