With our advanced in-house development team, we're not just serving up standard solutions, we're rapidly responding to market needs with unique products that solve real-world problems. And now, we're looking for a strong Customer Success Specialist to act as the point of contact with our existing clients, putting together user training, answering technical questions, and tailoring the best solutions for each client’s needs. Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting for our web-based software
  • Perform regular client check-ins to assess software utilization and recommend optimal solutions for specific business needs
  • Conduct engaging virtual one-on-one training sessions for clients

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical support experience with web-based software applications
  • Proven track record in B2B account management with a commitment to exceptional client service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
  • Strong time management abilities for balancing multiple client priorities
  • Experience creating concise technical documentation that enhances user success
  • Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

Nice-to-haves

  • SQL would be amazing, but we can teach you!
  • Experience with Certified payroll (Davis-Bacon and/or State Prevailing payroll) is a huge plus.
