The Customer Success Specialist position is responsible for the ongoing management and growth of a portfolio with annual air volume up to $900k. The candidate will lead innovative account management strategies while focusing on increasing profitability and deepening client relationships within the defined portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for growing client revenue through a combination of exceptional relationship management and consultative skills. You will drive growth and develop innovative client-focused solutions, increasing profitability by proactively identifying and delivering solutions that continue to add value and expand Amex GBT's web of influence. You will lead sales efforts to deliver multiple revenue streams and further penetrate accounts with a focus on driving transactions, premium revenue, and supplier revenue. Additionally, you will develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers, organizational culture, and the competitive position of your assigned clients. Researching the marketplace and competitive products and services will be essential to highlight the value that distinguishes Amex GBT products, leveraging MI, benchmarking, and technology as critical value drivers. You will create pricing strategies while contributing to ongoing client P&L management and lead client business planning and reviews, aligning client needs and insights with our offerings. Enhancing Amex GBT's value proposition through policy consultation, researching white paper needs, and technology road mapping will also be part of your responsibilities.
