About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Roy Vinnik, CPA LLC, a premier accounting firm specializing in US taxation with offshore activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their accounting needs, and working closely with our internal teams or processors to deliver solutions that drive client satisfaction and retention. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships. You will coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support on our accounting services and tools, even if you do not have prior tax knowledge. Monitoring client accounts to ensure timely and accurate service delivery will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions. In this role, you will address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly, liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution. You will also track and report on client success metrics and satisfaction levels, conducting regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with sales, accounting, and support teams will be essential to ensure seamless service delivery, and you will provide feedback to internal teams to improve processes and client experiences.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Basic or minimal accounting knowledge is required.
  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
