About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at TruckIT is a hybrid role focused on driving customer success through technology adoption and support. This position involves onboarding, training, and assisting customers to maximize the value of TruckIT's mobile and web applications. The role is designed for problem solvers who thrive in a tech start-up environment and offers opportunities for professional growth and upward mobility within the company.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to drive technology adoption and use through onboarding, training, and support.
• Respond quickly to customer queries via email, telephone, text, and online platforms.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and solutions both remotely and onsite.
• Execute TruckIT's onboarding methodology and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support new and existing customers in adopting new technology to maximize the use of TruckIT's applications.
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues and communicate effective solutions.
• Escalate system-wide issues to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of customer service experience supporting web or mobile application issues.
• Passionate about Customer Success.
• Effective self-management and project management abilities.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with a drive to grow professionally.
• Ability to quickly comprehend and apply training.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of IOS/Android app troubleshooting is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish in addition to English.
