Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers in person by determining their unique needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Ensuring sales transactions are completed accurately and timely, catering to the customer's specifications.
  • Informing customers of pricing options, sales promotions, anticipated delays, and installation dates.
  • Upselling new products or services to benefit the customer's needs.
  • Attending training meetings and virtual conference calls to stay updated on sales and product information.
  • Communicating solutions to customers in an empathetic, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Assisting fellow Customer Success Specialists and Sales team members in exceeding customer acquisition and sales targets.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist, Customer Support Representative, or Sales Associate.
  • High school diploma or comparable certification.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
