Responsibilities

  • Drive client success by acting as a trusted advisor and guiding clients to success with actionable strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities by partnering with clients to understand their needs and identify upsell, cross-sell, or expansion opportunities.
  • Drive new business through strategic sales responsibilities, earning commission on non-partner business generated.
  • Collaborate across teams to align on client goals and deliver impactful results.
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle, ensuring success milestones are achieved.
  • Help clients innovate and move beyond legacy thinking by introducing them to innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, strategic consulting, or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing executive relationships and delivering strategic value.
  • Strong ability to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities while growing customer accounts.
  • Experience in selling services or solutions, with demonstrated success in driving new business.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts simply and persuasively.
  • Curiosity and a learning mindset, actively seeking to understand customer needs and quickly learning new technologies and solutions.
