About the position

The Customer Success Technical Consultant is a hybrid role focused on engaging with customers and internal teams to drive integration strategies and fulfill technical work needs. This position involves direct interaction with customers to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and successful integration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with the post-sales Customer Success and Implementation team
  • Understand customer pain points with their existing processes and scope requirements for potential integrations
  • Create and update productized and custom integrations with customer ISVs
  • Research product and technical capabilities and limitations of applications for potential integration
  • Document integrations and technical processes for onboarding customers
  • Work closely with feature teams to validate new integrations
  • Join customer calls to discover technical needs
  • Manage a task list of implementation tickets for delivery of various integrations
  • Follow up directly with customers when additional information is needed to complete a task
  • Document the process for all technical work completed to create a scalable process
  • Maintain a line of communication with customers who have existing integrations to ensure consistent delivery of data

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with a variety of systems, including QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous client-facing role experience
