About the position

As the Customer Supply Chain Manager at Clorox, you will be responsible for delivering the supply chain and business needs of Clorox and its key retail channel customers. This role involves developing operational expertise, fostering internal and external partnerships, and utilizing data-driven insights to define operations strategies, enhance supply chain efficiencies, and achieve financial and strategic goals. You will work within a high-performing team to improve processes, optimize cost-to-serve, and build strong relationships with customer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans for improving performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clorox and its customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash cycle, identifying root causes for performance gaps and delivering results through scalable solutions.
  • Develop partnerships across key partners including Customer teams, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics and Finance to demonstrate best practices and build cross-functional alignment.
  • Serve as the subject matter authority on Clorox operations and customer supply chain requirements, supporting the seamless flow of inventory and information across the joint supply chain.
  • Identify solutions and risks in supporting supply to fuel growth, collaborating with internal partners and customer teams to forecast sales, plan promotions and implement product portfolio changes.
  • Assist in the development of joint business plans with key partners.
  • Lead and support projects to improve short-term performance and build long-term, groundbreaking capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in operations or supply chain management.
  • 6 plus years of experience in supply chain management, supply/demand planning, logistics/transportation management or customer service.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop plans for driving supply chain.
  • Experience in B2B customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to foster and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query).
  • Experience with SAP, EDI and order-to-cash processes.
  • Experience working with large data sets and analytical tools to identify trends and solve problems.
  • Familiarity with or certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Formal presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, creatively, and efficiently with minimal direction in an unstructured environment.
  • Experience in identifying, initiating, and driving improvements to processes and work.
