Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering inbound phone calls and addressing client needs.
• Assist clients with trade requests, money movement, and online support.
• Prepare for and obtain FINRA SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses with full sponsorship from Fidelity.
• Handle complex customer calls and engage in team meetings to enhance skills and network.
• Explore new career paths through job shadowing and participation in the career center.

Requirements

• Aptitude and dedication to complete the FINRA SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 exams.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and ability to retain information for decision-making.
