About the position

This full-time position focuses on resolving customer issues related to new orders, warranties, and repairs. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely issue resolution while assisting with various administrative duties to support the office and showroom.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues related to new orders, warranties, and repairs.
  • Work with the sales team, vendors, and manufacturers to address product concerns.
  • Handle administrative tasks and assist with office operations.
  • Provide assistance with showroom operations and customer/vendor interactions.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate records for warranty claims and repairs.
  • Assist with streamlining back-end operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations and resolve issues professionally.
  • Prior experience in customer service or case management is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
