As a Customer Support - Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, utilizing video conferencing tools to familiarize them with our systems and processes. You will conduct weekly marketing reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages client success. In this position, you will leverage your social media expertise to assist clients in promoting their services effectively. Your role will involve using platforms like Facebook to enhance their visibility and connect with potential patients.
