About the position

The Customer Support Coordinator for the Post Shipment Team at Siemens is responsible for managing customer requests and providing guidance and resolution for all post-shipment needs. This role involves investigating and resolving semi-complex problems, coordinating activities with internal departments, and utilizing system tools to address customer inquiries related to shipping discrepancies, damages, and billing disputes. The position emphasizes building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the resolution process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage requests and provide customer service for all Post Shipment needs.
  • Investigate and resolve semi-complex problems related to shipping discrepancies.
  • Utilize system tools to research and resolve customer inquiries such as shortages, overages, damages, and billing disputes.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effectively resolve shipping discrepancies, including short ship/over-shipments and incorrect material received.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all post-related matters, including returns and issuing credits or debits for incorrect pricing.
  • Manage shipping discrepancy issues from inception to completion.

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of practical Customer Support experience.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying patterns and trends.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suites.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate degree.
  • Prior experience with SAP or CRM systems.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to excel in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate good analytical and organizational skills.
