Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to customers.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment.
- Continually learn about products and services to enhance knowledge for better customer support.
- Develop as a customer support representative for Gabb.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to assist customers effectively.
- Quiet dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Dialpad, or other call center software.
