Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to customers.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment.
  • Continually learn about products and services to enhance knowledge for better customer support.
  • Develop as a customer support representative for Gabb.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to assist customers clearly and accurately.
  • Quiet dedicated work-space in your home, free from distractions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Dialpad, or other call center software.
