About the position

The Customer Support & Payroll Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to candidates, contract employees, clients, and internal partners. This role involves supporting onboarding processes, managing contractor compliance, and providing operational support to ensure smooth office operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support candidate onboarding process, including I-9 form review and completion.
  • Assist with client onboarding process and drive AT&E utilization.
  • Manage contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements.
  • Facilitate communication for contractor questions and resolve onboarding or payroll issues.
  • Process live paychecks and manage contractor travel booking requests.
  • Provide front office customer service and manage internal onboarding for field office hiring.
  • Manage internal payroll processes in partnership with BSS.
  • Distribute and collect assets for new hires and terminations.
  • Maintain administrative support for internal and external employees.
  • Serve as liaison between field office producers and corporate teams.
  • Educate field office producers on important processes and timelines.
  • Manage office purchasing and vendor management activities.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and manage office paperwork.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in a customer service related position.
  • Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service.

Nice-to-haves

  • Thorough knowledge of business policies and human resource practices.
  • Understanding of the Allegis organization and its dynamics.
