About The Position

The Customer Support Representative at Hippo Insurance Services is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to homeowners, utilizing a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with sales and underwriting teams. This role requires a Property & Casualty license and involves a hybrid work environment, with a focus on providing a white-glove service experience to customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role or contact center environment.
  • Prior experience in Property or Homeowner's insurance is required.
  • Currently hold or have held an active P & C license in the last 12 months.
  • Proficient in productivity software (Outlook, Word, Zoom), experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and willing to do what is needed to get great work done.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an unparalleled customer support experience via phone, chat, and email.
  • Process customer service requests quickly and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with customers on topics such as billing, contact information, payment requests, and policy level adjustments.
