The motto of the position is "Add Techs & Rent Trucks," emphasizing the importance of selling preventive maintenance (PM) services and rental trucks to enhance service and parts revenue while expanding the market presence of Darr Equipment's brands. The CSR will engage in post-sale teamwork with equipment sales representatives, focusing on B2B sales of PM Service Agreements, Repair Maintenance, Parts, and Rental services. Responsibilities include territory and account management, collaborating with sales to boost TM&R sales, executing new equipment and warranty delivery reports, and providing customer service support to existing clients. This includes preparing quotes, proposals, and strategies, as well as conducting scheduled follow-up meetings with the top 30% of clients. Additionally, the CSR will promote and sell short-term rental equipment, generate leads for new and used equipment, and offer Operator Training classes. To excel in this role, the CSR must possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a positive attitude. The position requires a high level of computer literacy, particularly with Excel and database software, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The CSR must also demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and a commitment to advocating for Darr Equipment at all times. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are essential, as the job involves significant travel and access to various job sites, often in challenging terrains.
