Responsibilities

• Follow company's established guidelines regarding customer service and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage all customer issues while maintaining professionalism and providing prompt resolutions with empathy.
• Answer a high volume of phone calls and respond to emails and other communication channels regarding banking queries.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of company products and services and educate customers on them.
• Cross-sell various products and services to customers.
• Take ownership of issues to resolution and escalate unresolved issues through proper channels.
• Achieve individual sales, referral, and service quality goals.
• Develop referrals from prospects inquiring about bank products and services.
• Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues for digital banking products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years' high volume call center experience, teller or branch banking experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to utilize multiple systems and databases.
• Demonstrated knowledge of bank products, services, and policies.
• Ability to solve practical problems and demonstrate professional manners.
