Successful candidates will undergo paid training to become a Child Passenger Safety Tech (CPST), which includes the opportunity to provide car seat installation instruction to consumers via Video Installation Appointments. Over time, responsibilities will expand to include answering consumer emails, live chats, and responding to social media inquiries and reviews. Continuous learning is essential, which may involve emails, training sessions, and reviewing instructions. After approximately two weeks of training, employees will have the option to work from home.
