About the position

The Customer Support Specialist at AnyDesk Software GmbH is a full-time role focused on providing exemplary customer support and enhancing customer experience. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and converting inquiries into sales. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products, services, and online platforms.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide product information and benefits to potential customers, converting inquiries into sales, and passing them on to the respective department.
  • Stay up to date on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to enhance product knowledge and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and relevant metrics.

Requirements

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Sales roles is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales-related software.
  • Fluency in English and another language (Spanish, Portuguese, French) is required.
  • Ability to work evening shift (11-8pm).

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with technology-related products is a plus.
