Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a high level of service and excellent customer experience.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Demonstrate the company's core values in all interactions.
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist them in the store.
  • Anticipate customer needs and respond to questions in a timely manner.
  • Oversee front end operations to meet sales, profit, and labor goals.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the front end area.
  • Train and coach associates on front end policies and procedures.
  • Provide backup coverage for the service operations manager when needed.
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a team player attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
