About the position

As a Senior Application Systems Engineer at EY, you will play a pivotal role in developing and integrating user interfaces across various platforms, including mobile, web, and tablet. This position involves managing Salesforce.com implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget, and serving as the main contact for clients post-sales. You will leverage your technical and interpersonal skills to drive technological solutions that enhance revenue generation and meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services integral to software architecture.
• Actively contribute to business processes or solutions, selecting methodologies to meet client service metrics and quality objectives.
• Define and execute deliverables efficiently, managing completion and maintaining engagement economics reports.
• Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses.
• Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead.

Requirements

• A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or a related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more people, with hands-on experience in configuration and customizations.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics; Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications and prior consulting experience are highly preferred.
