About the position

As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect at EY, you will play a crucial role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions within the rapidly growing Salesforce practice. This position involves managing client projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, and leading teams to implement Salesforce.com solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Assessing the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes
• Contributing to project delivery and tracking status
• Engaging with clients and leading workstreams as needed
• Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customizations
• Familiarity with relational database concepts
• Salesforce.com certification(s)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills
• Ability to travel to meet client demand as needed
