About the position

As a Senior Solution Architect at EY, you will play a crucial role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions within the Salesforce practice. This position involves managing client projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for evaluating solution architectures, leading client interactions, and coordinating with junior team members to drive project success.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customizations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills
• Salesforce.com certification(s)
• Ability to travel to meet client demand as needed
