About the position

As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect at EY, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise Salesforce implementations across various project phases. This position requires you to manage client projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while developing and integrating user interfaces across multiple platforms. You will leverage your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to identify customer requirements and contribute to business solutions, making a significant impact on the organization's revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services integral to software architecture.
• Define and execute deliverables with efficiency.
• Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics reports.
• Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses.
• Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead.
• Travel based on client needs and maintain a chargeability level with billable hours.

Requirements

• A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customizations.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts.
• Salesforce certification(s) are required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics; Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications and prior consulting experience are highly preferred.
