As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect at EY, you will play a crucial role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions within the rapidly growing Salesforce practice. This position involves managing enterprise Salesforce.com implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget, and serving as the main contact for clients. Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Assessing the impact of technical decisions on business outcomes
• Contributing to project delivery and tracking status
• Engaging with clients and leading workstreams as needed
• Supporting sales activities and maintaining engagement economics

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more
• Hands-on experience with configuration and customizations in Salesforce
• Familiarity with relational database concepts
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills
• Salesforce.com certification(s)
• Ability to travel to meet client demand as needed

• Master's degree in a relevant area
