About the position

The Customer Training Manager at CAF Outdoor Cleaning is responsible for developing and implementing training strategies that enhance customer success. This role involves creating and delivering training content across various channels, including e-learning, webinars, and in-person sessions. The manager will oversee the CAF Academy, collaborate with customer training leaders, and ensure that customers are well-equipped to use the company's cleaning products effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage training programs for customers.
  • Create e-learning content and host webinars.
  • Conduct outbound training calls and in-person training sessions.
  • Expand training programs to new markets, including international.
  • Manage the CAF Academy online training hub.
  • Build a network of customer training champions within client organizations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in training or education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in e-learning content creation.
  • Familiarity with chemical safety training.
  • Background in teaching or education.
