About the position
The Cutting Machine Supervisor at OFS in Archdale, NC, is responsible for overseeing a team of 10 to 15 associates in the seating division. - Enforce policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cutting/upholstery/sewing experience preferred
- Prior leadership skills a must

- Experience with Lectra or Gerber CNC helpful
