About the position

The Zone Manager at CVG Airport is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail concession stores, ensuring efficient service and optimal performance. This role involves training and mentoring staff, maintaining store standards, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct execution of service standards and support to the management team.
• Ensure stores are running efficiently from opening to closing.
• Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates on customer service and operational standards.
• Maintain store appearance and oversee POS and cash handling operations.
• Perform training functions for new staff and ongoing training for existing staff.

Requirements

• Demonstrated selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor a team of sales associates.
• Experience in supervisory roles within retail or similar environments.
• Key holder experience and ability to handle cash.

• Experience in quick service and fast food restaurants.
