About the position

The CVR Clerk at Glassman Automotive Group is responsible for processing and submitting vehicle registration and title paperwork through the CVR system. This role requires attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure compliance with state and dealership regulations while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Process and submit vehicle registration and title paperwork through the CVR system.
• Review and verify all required documentation for vehicle title and registration accuracy.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments to ensure compliance with state and dealership regulations.
• Communicate effectively with state agencies and customers regarding title and registration inquiries.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files for all title and registration transactions.
• Assist with any discrepancies or issues related to title processing and escalate as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in a related field is a plus).
• Experience in title processing, CVR system, or automotive dealership preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Michigan DMV regulations is highly desirable.
