About the position

The CW Analyst position at Spectraforce Technologies Inc. focuses on Asset and Wealth Management Operations, specifically within the Private Wealth Management Operations (PWM Ops) Portfolio and Tax team. This role is essential for managing US tax reporting, including 1099s and IRA accounts, while also expanding capabilities to cover international tax reporting jurisdictions. The analyst will work closely with advisors and clients to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting, while also improving operational processes and providing training to teams.

Responsibilities

• Issue client tax reports across multiple jurisdictions prior to regulatory deadlines
• Find creative solutions to problems while providing excellent client service
• Provide training to PWM Advisor teams regarding tax reporting updates
• Partner with the Business and Engineering to improve operational processes and workflows
• Monitor and perform data validation to ensure accurate realized gain/loss reporting
• Review corporate action events to capture appropriate cost basis updates

Requirements

• Understanding of the securities industry; experience with Wealth Management brokerage functions preferred
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Strong commitment to quality controls and procedures
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, improve processes, and work independently as a self-starter
