About the position

The Digital Product Owner III role at Robert Half involves managing digital roadmaps and strategic initiatives for Consumer and Commercial money movement products. This long-term contract position focuses on enhancing digital experiences by aligning business technology with operational needs, ensuring that product features meet customer expectations and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital improvements and recommendations for the Line of Business in creating and implementing digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps that address business needs and future growth.
  • Assess digital platforms in the external marketplace and make recommendations for potential partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage digital techniques for greatest strategic impact and define the priority capabilities required to succeed.
  • Develop strategic plans for creating next-generation money movement capabilities.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to shape and implement digital strategies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Bring the voice of the customer and our teammates into our product features, ensuring that features delivered are aligned with intended business outcomes and align work with our target architecture roadmap.
  • Partner with Marketing for acquisition support, product positioning, promotion of digital products and services, and onboarding activities.
  • Interface with Training & Development to create and modify training for assigned digital products/services.
  • Understand all aspects of the internal and external environment, including customer met/unmet digital needs through research efforts, understanding of voice of the customer, industry trends, and best practices for servicing the digital needs of our customers.
  • Guide and direct complex project implementation activities and work closely across with key constituents to meet scheduled milestones.

Requirements

  • Must possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Demonstrable experience in management, overseeing team operations and implementing strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
  • Background in marketing, specifically in the digital sphere, is essential
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and onboarding new team members
  • Ability to carry out research and planning processes effectively
  • Proven track record in the successful implementation of strategic plans and enhancement of operational processes
  • Familiarity with financial services, particularly relating to deposits
  • Strong digital skills; familiarity with mobile platforms and Apple devices is desirable
  • Knowledge of software development processes
  • Excellent analytical skills for assessing performance metrics and implementing improvements
  • Experience in liaising with stakeholders at all levels and ability to voice ideas effectively
  • Understanding of strategic planning and the ability to implement best practices in the workplace
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment is a plus.
