About the position

Culligan is seeking a CX/UX Marketing Manager to enhance customer experience across digital channels. This role focuses on analyzing customer touchpoints to ensure alignment with Culligan's brand promise of quality and sustainability. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-focused strategies that improve overall satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and enhance customer journey across digital and offline channels to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences from lead generation to post-sale support.
  • Use customer feedback, surveys, and data analytics to make informed recommendations for improving website UX and customer touchpoints.
  • Work with design and development teams to optimize Culligan's website, app, and other digital products, aligning features and aesthetics with Culligan's brand and customer expectations.
  • Lead customer-focused projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with customer service, product, and marketing goals.
  • Ensure that all digital interactions align with Culligan's mission to provide safe, sustainable, and tailored water solutions across homes and businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, UX Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CX/UX, preferably in a consumer-centric role with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools, data analytics, and project management software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
  • Experience working within a cross-functional team environment, ideally with a focus on user experience or marketing in consumer goods or B2B services.
