About the position

The Cyber Cloud Software Engineering, Senior Associate position involves supporting the Cyber Mission business unit at Peraton, focusing on developing software solutions that automate manual tasks for mission customers. The role emphasizes Agile methodologies and DevOps principles to deliver high-quality software. Responsibilities

• Support the Cyber Mission business unit by developing software solutions.
• Automate manual tasks to enable mission customers to focus on complex issues.
• Employ Agile methodologies and DevOps principles in software development.
• Participate in software integration and testing, including developing test plans and scripts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering) is highly desired.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, installation, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
• At least 1 year of experience developing software with high-level languages such as Java, C, C++, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in software integration and software testing, including developing and implementing test plans and test scripts.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Full Stack Software Engineer experience with both front and back-end development.
• Experience with Java and JavaScript (Vue.js).
• Familiarity with JSON, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Grafana, and Kibana.
