About the position

Amentum is seeking a Cyber Project Manager to support Department of Defense (DoD) operations in the Indo-Pacific theater. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Cyber Project Manager will coordinate team efforts and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on cyber risks and encryption technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
• Help define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with cyber risks, exploits, vulnerabilities, and associated mitigations.
• Demonstrated experience with encryption technologies.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technology or research environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• CISS certification.
• Current certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Proven experience managing classified projects from initiation to closure.
• Experience supporting offensive and defensive cyber efforts in the Indo-Pacific theater.
