About the position

The Cyber Publications Analyst role at ANALYGENCE supports the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. This position focuses on providing comprehensive support for Information Warfare training and operations, particularly in the cyberspace domain. The analyst will coordinate with various functional area managers to enhance training, develop policies, and ensure the effective integration of cyberspace capabilities into Department of Defense training ranges.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate with AF Inspection Systems Functional Area Managers for Cyberspace/ISR training, standardization, and evaluation programs.
  • Assist in the development and employment of Cyberspace weapon systems, programs, and capabilities.
  • Support the development of cyberspace range policy and its integration into DoD training ranges.
  • Document training deficiencies and provide recommended solutions for cyberspace academic training oversight.
  • Develop, review, and coordinate cyberspace operations instructions, technical orders, and Air Force Instructions (AFIs).
  • Establish standards and formal training requirements for operations and maintenance (O&M).
  • Author weapon system-specific instructions and manuals in accordance with applicable policies.
  • Define and document fielding requirements for execution by the SPM.
  • Develop and execute programming plans that document MAJCOM responsibilities in fielding execution.
  • Conduct analysis to support USG requirements, including Capability Based Assessments (CBAs) and Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs).
  • Prepare required briefings for various requirements boards such as AFRRGs and JROCs.
  • Assist in the development of modification requests for assigned weapon systems.
  • Support resource management of Cyberspace capabilities and sustainment.
  • Participate in High-Performance Teams for operational capability document development.
  • Support GFM activities by preparing SORTS and DRRS reports and managing UTCs and DOC statements.
  • Support the development and management of ACC's Organize, Train, and Equip functions.
  • Prepare Cyberspace staff taskings, CONOPs, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).

Requirements

  • Must have current TS/SCI eligibility.
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of four years' experience developing USG or corporate sustainment and execution plans.
  • Minimum of one year experience coordinating/executing USG or corporate training programs, policy/governance, and financial strategies.
  • Minimum of one year experience in conducting cyber operations (DCO and OCO).
  • Previous Evaluator Experience in evaluating Cyber Operators for qualification on specific Crew Positions.
  • Experience in developing and executing governance instructions for operational and tactical units.
  • Experience in the JCIDS process, DEVOPS, and onboarding cyber weapon systems.
  • Knowledge of USG cyberspace training principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of USG cyberspace operations principles and approaches.
  • Knowledge of Resource Management, Budgeting, and Acquisitions supporting cyberspace requirements.
