ANALYGENCE provides support to Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. The Cyber Publications & Governance role is crucial in supporting the A3TV mission, which encompasses a wide range of responsibilities in the realms of Information Warfare training and operations, Information Systems & Operations, Communications, Administrative Support, and Knowledge Based Services across air, space, and cyber domains. This position involves coordinating with AF Inspection Systems Functional Area Managers (FAMs) to enhance Cyberspace/ISR training, standardization, and evaluation programs. The role also includes supporting the development and employment of Cyberspace weapon systems, programs, and capabilities, as well as contributing to the formulation of cyberspace range policy and its integration into Department of Defense training ranges. In addition, the Cyber Publications Analyst will assist in the development of cyberspace academic training, ensuring detailed oversight by documenting training deficiencies and proposing solutions. The position requires the preparation and coordination of various operational instructions, technical orders, policies, and guidance documents, including Air Force Instructions (AFIs) and tactical manuals, in collaboration with personnel involved in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Establishing standards and formal training requirements for operations and maintenance is also a key responsibility, along with authoring weapon system-specific instructions and manuals in accordance with applicable AF, DoD, and Joint policy documents. The role further involves defining and documenting fielding requirements for execution by the System Program Manager (SPM) and developing programming plans that outline command responsibilities for weapon systems. Conducting analyses such as Capability-Based Assessments (CBAs) and Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) to support U.S. Government requirements is essential. The analyst will also assist in preparing briefings for various requirements boards and support resource management of Cyberspace capabilities and sustainment. Participation in High-Performance Teams (HPTs) for operational capability document development and providing consultation to the ACC Government lead on HPT membership are also part of the job. The position requires current TS/SCI eligibility and a Bachelor's Degree, along with a minimum of four years of experience in developing U.S. Government or corporate sustainment and execution plans, and at least one year of experience in coordinating or executing training programs, policy governance, and financial strategies.
