About the position

The Cybersecurity Operations and Incident Response Manager will lead the organization's cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring operations are secure and resilient against evolving threats. This role involves coordinating cybersecurity efforts across multiple projects and teams, developing strategies for incident response, and guiding the organization through complex cybersecurity challenges.

Responsibilities

• Embed cybersecurity into every facet of our operations, ensuring preparedness for major incidents.
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies, plans, and roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity requirements are met and progress is tracked.
• Oversee cybersecurity audits, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect the organization's assets and reputation.
• Lead the development of cybersecurity metrics and scorecards to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in program management and platform implementation.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and blue team operations.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA are preferred.
