About the position

The Cyber Security Advisor at Federal Express Corporation is responsible for creating cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent attacks on the company's systems. This role involves implementing and supporting security technologies across various domains, including application, network, data, and endpoint security. The advisor will work on critical Endpoint Security projects and develop enterprise security solutions to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support critical Endpoint Security projects including CrowdStrike implementation and expansion.
• Develop and implement enterprise security solutions to mitigate information systems risks and vulnerabilities.
• Research attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and design countermeasures.
• Coordinate with IT and end users to minimize disruptions and protect assets.
• Provide information security recommendations to management in support of business strategies and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• Six years of experience in at least four areas: business continuity and disaster recovery, network forensics, security and risk frameworks, endpoint security, information systems auditing, vendor risk assessment, cyber risk assessment, network intrusion detection/prevention, identity and access management, IT lifecycle management.
• Linux troubleshooting and Endpoint Security experience required.
