About the position

The Cyber Security Analyst, Staff position at Strategic ASI involves overseeing the development and management of standard operating procedures for the Cyber Operations Squadron. The role requires maintaining operational continuity through After Action Reports and managing documentation related to the Continuity of Operations Plan. The analyst will also be responsible for knowledge management of COS records and organizing administrative actions related to COS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development, review and consolidation of the Cyber Operations Squadron (COS) standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Initiates and maintains After Action Reports (AARs) to maintain operational continuity
• Manages the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) documentation by developing and reviewing it annually or upon major change requirements
• Provides knowledge management of all COS records
• Performs administrative actions in an effort to organize COS documents and e-mail groups

Requirements

• Experience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience working with cyber operations and security architecture
• Strong time management and multitasking skills as well as attention to detail
• Strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work in a diverse team of security professionals
• Excellent organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
• Must have or be willing to obtain IAT Level II or higher certification within 6 months of hire
• Experience working with information security practices, networks, software, and hardware
