About The Position
The Tier 2 Information Security Analyst at DXC Technology is responsible for the first line of security incident response within the client SIEM environment. This role involves monitoring SIEM alerts in real-time, conducting threat research, and escalating legitimate security incidents. The analyst serves as a technical escalation resource for Tier I analysts, providing in-depth analysis and coordinating with various teams to assess the impact of security events. Additionally, the position requires performing root cause analysis and advising clients on technical countermeasures.
