Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions that enhance data collection and reporting processes.
• Conduct vulnerability research to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation of tasks and data manipulation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as COBIT and FIPS in all analytical processes.
• Support high availability systems by monitoring performance metrics and troubleshooting issues.
• Work with Citrix environments to analyze application performance and user experience.
• Assist in the development of Quality of Service (QoS) metrics for network performance evaluation.
• Encode data securely while adhering to best practices in information security.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation purposes.
• Familiarity with COBIT framework for IT governance.
• Experience with SSH protocols for secure communications.
• Knowledge of vulnerability research methodologies.
• Understanding of iOS application analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
