About the position

The Cyber Security Analyst will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization by assessing and managing risks associated with third-party vendors. This position involves working closely with various business units to ensure that security principles and controls are effectively implemented, contributing to the overall security posture of the company.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage risks associated with third-party vendors.
• Work closely with business units to implement security principles and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information security, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of direct experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and industry best practices.
• Working knowledge of NIST 800-53 Controls.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven technical abilities and strong computer skills.
• Understanding of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) concepts.

Nice-to-haves

• CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
• Related experience in cybersecurity.
