About The Position
As a Cyber Security Analyst at Jollibee Foods Corp, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's information systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee Jollibee North America's cyber security initiatives, focusing on compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), disaster recovery, and database protection. This position requires a strategic vision and technical expertise to design and implement security solutions that effectively identify, protect, detect, respond to, recover from, and mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities. In this role, you will coordinate and manage cyber security strategies and action plans for all company information system assets. This includes maintaining disaster recovery protocols, database protection measures, and planning security solutions that align with the company's objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with IT security-related audits, providing guidance on best practices, and maintaining comprehensive Information Security Policy and Procedure documentation. Your expertise will be critical in developing security requirements through risk assessments, threat modeling, and testing existing systems. You will collaborate with IT leadership to create a clear and actionable Cyber Security Strategy, complete with specific deliverables and timelines. Additionally, you will manage security awareness campaigns across all business units to foster a culture of security within the organization.
