About the position

The Cyber Security Analyst position at TEKsystems involves providing operational and consulting services to clients, focusing on cybersecurity operations, compliance, and risk management. This role requires a certified professional who can act as a trusted subject matter expert, engaging in various specialized services such as risk management and strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional consulting engagements with client organizations, providing a range of specialized services including risk management, cybersecurity operations planning, strategy development, budget development, and policy development.
• Other duties as required by job assignment.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to pass preliminary background and credit investigation.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of experience as an IT technician, administrator, or engineer.
• 4-year degree (or substitute for an equivalent number of additional years of experience).
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• CISSP certification.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
